Immunization Requirement

If you were born after January 1, 1957, you must provide proof of measles and rubella immunizations. In addition, if you are 18 years of age or younger you are required to present proof of immunization against Hepatitis B (up to three timed doses) before enrolling. Proof of measles and rubella immunizations is also required for other groups of enrolled students who have increased exposure to these diseases.
